Job summary

Aptiv Interconnect is seeking a strategic Project Manager to drive new product development and commercialization across divisions. You will coordinate engineering, operations, product management, sales and quality, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with business goals.

Requirements include 10+ years in technical project management, familiarity with phase-gate processes, and ITAR compliance. PMP and PM tools proficiency are preferred with a strong leadership mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive project management experience in technical/manufacturing environments.
• Experience with NPD and commercialization projects.
• Familiar with phase-gate processes and engineering documentation practices.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident/Green Card per ITAR requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from concept to commercial launch.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Product Management, Sales and Quality.
• Develop schedules, resource plans and risk registers to mitigate risks.
