Job summary

Legrand is seeking a Senior Project Manager for New Product Development in the Wire and Cable Management team, based in West Hartford, CT. The role leads cross-functional programs from concept to commercialization and post-launch review, ensuring alignment with customer, financial, quality, and schedule objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Project Management, Operations, Marketing, or a related discipline required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• PMP and/or Agile certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional New Product Development programs from concept through commercialization and post-launch review.
• Coordinate Product Management, Engineering, Test, Sourcing, Advanced Manufacturing, Operations, Marketing, Customer Service and other functions to achieve KPIs.
• Define and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies and KPIs.
