Job summary

Alight Solutions is seeking professionals with a financial services background to educate plan participants on retirement benefits, investments, and payment options. You will handle inbound calls, answer complex questions, and guide customers through available tools and services.

Ideal candidates have Defined Contribution experience, strong listening skills, and the ability to work under high seasonal workload while maintaining accuracy and accountability.

Qualifications

• FINRA SIE Certification (or pursuing)
• Plan to acquire FINRA Series 6 and 63 within 6 months of hire
• Defined Contribution or Qualified Plan experience in financial services
• Experience in customer service and/or financial services
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• High attention to detail and accountability
• Ability to work under high seasonal workload

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and provide financial education to plan participants.
• Answer complex questions about investment and payment options.
• Guide participants to appropriate tools and services.
• Explain effects of plan distributions, loans, and investment choices.
• Troubleshoot issues independently and develop solutions.
• Provide transactional support to plan participants.
• Focus guidance on qualified and non-qualified retirement plan benefits
