Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in non-qualified defined contribution plan administration.
• 5+ years of experience managing client relationships.
• Strong knowledge of stock and non-qualified deferred compensation plan design and IRC 409A.
• Proven project management and organizational skills in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to achieve business objectives and contribute to organizational goals.
• Experience leading initiatives and participating in strategic planning.
• Ability to anticipate client needs based on retirement plan expertise and market insights.
• Experience working with third-party vendor platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on non-qualified retirement plan regulations and industry best practices for external executive leader presentations on plan design and legislative changes.
• Stay informed about market trends, legislative changes, and technologies in the non-qualified retirement benefits space.
• Partner with product and technology teams to identify future investment opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Prepare and present non-qualified solutions and strategies during new client sales meetings.
• Identify and define non-qualified plan needs during new plan implementations.
• Create and facilitate colleague training to build a strong foundation of non-qualified plan knowledge.
• Predict and communicate risks related to non-qualified plan design and consult on best practices, delivery models, and participant education.
• Continuously measure and improve operational processes related to non-qualified plan administration.
