Job summary

Prime Pensions, Inc. seeks a Senior Defined Contribution Retirement Plan Administrator to join our Large Plan Services Team. This remote role provides consulting and administration for large 401(k) and profit sharing clients with complex design, recordkeeping, and regulatory needs.

You will coordinate with plan sponsors and service providers to maintain accuracy, quality, and client service while handling regulatory matters and issue resolution at a senior level.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of defined contribution plan industry experience.
• Extensive experience supporting large 401(k) and profit sharing plans with complex design and recordkeeping.
• Knowledge of regulatory, compliance, recordkeeping, and communication requirements for defined contribution plans.
• Two+ years of remote work experience.
• Experience coordinating with sponsors, auditors, financial advisors, plan counsel, and senior management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior consultant and administrator for large 401(k) and profit sharing clients.
• Address complex plan design, recordkeeping, and compliance testing requirements.
• Advise on single- and multi-employer plan administration and regulatory matters.
• Research and resolve complex administrative and regulatory issues; escalate as needed.
• Coordinate with plan sponsors and service providers on ongoing administration and regulatory matters.
