Job summary

Koniag Government Services is seeking a NOC Technician Tier 2 to support KTS and a government customer in Washington, DC. The position is hybrid, with four days on-site, and requires the ability to obtain a Public Trust.

You will monitor and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure, manage escalations, and contribute to runbooks and incident reviews. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in a NOC, certifications such as CCNA/Network+, and a customer‑facing, detail‑oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience in IT/networking.
• 3–5 years in network operations, NOC, or technical support.
• Industry certifications such as CCNA/Network+ or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage enterprise network infrastructure and servers.
• Handle escalated incidents and perform root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate incident response and maintain runbooks and documentation.
