Granite Telecommunications, LLC. is seeking an experienced NOC Technician/Leader to monitor, maintain, and optimize our nationwide network infrastructure from our New Jersey location.

You will drive incident response, lead operational excellence, and coordinate with engineering and executive teams to ensure peak uptime. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in network operations or telecom leadership, deep VOIP/SIP, SD-WAN, DIA, and broadband expertise, and a proven ability to manage

• 8+ years in network operations or telecom leadership.
• mastery of VOIP/SIP, SD-WAN, DIA, EPIK, and broadband technologies.
• Deep understanding of network security frameworks and enterprise architecture.
• Proven leadership in high-availability network environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical lead for the NOC, driving innovation and operational excellence.
• Define and enforce best practices for network monitoring, incident response, and escalation.

General Summary of Position: The NOC (Network Operations Center) Technician at Granite Telecommunications plays a critical role in monitoring, maintaining, and supporting the company’s network infrastructure to ensure optimal uptime and performance. This role provides frontline troubleshooting, incident escalation, and network event management, working closely with engineering and support teams to resolve issues promptly. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsive, and skilled in identifying and addressing network problems in a fast-paced environment.
