Qualifications

• 8+ years in network operations or telecom leadership.
• Mastery of VOIP/SIP, SD-WAN, DIA, EPIK, and broadband technologies.
• Deep understanding of network security frameworks and enterprise architecture.
• Proven leadership in high-availability network environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Completion of Senior Level training bundle.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical lead for the NOC, driving innovation and operational excellence.
• Define and enforce best practices for network monitoring, incident response, and escalation.

This role provides frontline troubleshooting, incident escalation, and network event management, working closely with engineering and support teams to resolve issues promptly.
