Qualifications

• PhD in a quantitative discipline or MS with substantial industry/research experience.
• Strong GenAI, NLP, ML and DL knowledge with production experience.
• Ability to design experiments and evaluate metrics aligned to business goals.
• Excellent written and spoken communication for technical and business audiences.
• Proven ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Research and develop state-of-the-art ML models for GenAI and NLP tasks.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to deploy models into production.
• Develop large-scale frameworks to accelerate ML adoption across the business.
• Present results at industry conferences and internal knowledge sharing events.
