JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Machine Learning Scientist – NLP (VP) to own end-to-end ML lifecycle from ideation to production. You will lead GenAI initiatives, collaborate with lines of business, and shape scalable NLP solutions for complex banking problems.

You will contribute to the MLCOE, publish insights, and represent work at industry events, working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a strong passion for machine learning.

Competenze

• PhD or MS with 3+ years in industry/research in ML/DL
• Strong GenAI? experience and hands-on ML/DL toolkits
• Ability to design experiments and evaluate metrics aligned with business goals

• Research and develop state-of-the-art ML models for GenAI tasks
• Act as a thought partner to leaders and identify ML methods with business impact
