JPMorgan Chase is seeking an Applied AI ML Senior Associate to lead the development and deployment of innovative AI and machine learning solutions within the Chief Data & Analytics Office. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, production-ready AI systems while ensuring responsible AI governance.

Responsibilities span end-to-end ML workflows, from conception to production, with a focus on GenAI, LLMs, and cutting-edge tooling.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related quantitative field.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in applied ML, including generative AI or LLMs.
• Experience programming in Python; experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on design, development, and deployment of AI, GenAI, and LLM solutions.
• Serve as SME on ML techniques and optimizations.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams for scalable AI systems.
• Conduct experiments, analyze results, and tune models for performance.
• Own end-to-end Python code development for POC and production.
• Integrate generative AI within the ML platform using modern techniques.
• Drive adoption of ML infrastructure, tools, and best practices.
• Identify inefficiencies to optimize system accuracy and performance.
• Communicate technical results to technical and business stakeholders.
• Ensure responsible AI practices and model governance.
