JPMorgan Chase's AI and technology efforts power global operations at scale. As a Machine Learning Scientist – NLP, VP, you own the full lifecycle from ideation to production, shaping GenAI solutions across lines of business.

You will lead collaborations with business, technology, and product teams, publish at conferences, and drive practical ML implementations that improve productivity and risk management.

Qualifications

• PhD in a quantitative field with significant ML/NLP research or MS with substantial industry/research experience.
• Proven GenAI/NLP expertise and practical ML/DL toolkit proficiency.
• Ability to design rigorous experiments and evaluate model performance against business goals.
• Strong scientific thinking and ability to work independently and in teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy state-of-the-art ML models for GenAI tasks in NLP.
• Partner with leaders to identify impactful ML methods for business applications.
• Collaborate across Business, Technology, Product Management, Legal, and Compliance to productionize solutions.
• Lead large-scale frameworks to accelerate ML deployment across the firm.
