CCS Facility Services is seeking a Senior Night Area Manager to oversee night janitorial operations for an assigned region and to lead the team of Night Area Managers within it. This shift starts at 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with some weekend hours as needed, and is a salaried position.

The role requires strong supervisory experience, bilingual English/Spanish abilities, and a valid driver’s license; you will manage in-field crews, perform site visits, and ensure safety and quality

Qualifications

• Past supervisory experience, including managing other supervisors or managers.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and support Night Area Managers and subordinate staff.
• Schedule and supervise in-field cleaning crews across sites.
• Conduct hands-on training and development for Night Area Managers.
• Perform multiple site visits per night for quality assurance and coaching.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment for the team.
• Track hours and payroll accuracy using company software.
• Collaborate with branch managers to complete daily tasks and special projects.
• Serve as escalation point for staffing, client, and quality concerns.
• Ensure compliance with safety and company security rules.

CCS Facility Services is seeking a Senior Night Area Manager to oversee night janitorial operations for an assigned region and to lead the team of Night Area Managers within it. This shift starts at 5:30 PM (Monday through Friday, with some weekend hours as needed) and is a salaried position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support a team of Night Area Managers, setting expectations and holding them accountable for results.
• Scheduling and supervising in-field cleaning crews, and ensuring Night Area Managers have the coverage they need.
• Hands-on training, and development of Night Area Managers and in-field staff.
• Multiple site visits per night in a company-provided vehicle for quality assurance, including joint visits with Night Area Managers.
• Manage and order inventory of cleaning equipment and supplies, and review inventory ordering across the team.
• Track employee hours and pay using company software and provided technology, and review labor and payroll accuracy across the team.
• Work closely with branch managers to ensure cleaning tasks and special projects are completed daily.
• Serve as an escalation point for Night Area Managers on staffing, client, and quality concerns.
• Observe and follow facility and company security and safety rules, and ensure the team does the same.
• Other tasks and administrative duties as assigned.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
