Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule field janitorial teams to ensure efficient operations.
• Provide hands-on training and ongoing support to cleaning staff.
• Conduct multiple nightly site visits in a company-provided vehicle to monitor quality and performance.
• Manage inventory and order necessary cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Track employee hours and payroll using company software and technology.
• Collaborate with branch managers to ensure daily tasks and special projects are completed to standards.
• Ensure adherence to facility and company safety and security protocols.
• Perform various administrative and operational duties as required
