Job summary

CCS Facility Services in Texas is seeking a Night Area Manager for in-person, evening shift supervision of field cleaning crews across multiple sites. This full-time role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication and a valid driver's license.

You will train staff, monitor quality, manage inventory and hours in company software, and collaborate with branch managers to complete daily tasks while adhering to safety rules and company policies.

Qualifications

• Past supervisory experience is required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish with valid driver's license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and supervising in field cleaning crews
• Hands on training
• Multiple site visits per night in company provided vehicle for quality assurance
• Manage / order inventory of cleaning equipment and supplies
• Tracking employee hours and pay using company software and provided technology
• Working closely with branch managers to ensure cleaning tasks and special projects are completed daily
• Observing and following facility and company security and safety rules
• Other tasks and administrative duties
