Job summary

CCS Facility Services is seeking a Night Project Manager to oversee the night janitorial operations in Tempe, AZ. This role focuses on supervising cleaning crews, ensuring quality via multiple site visits, and coordinating inventories and staffing with leadership.

Ideal candidates will have supervisory experience, a bilingual English/Spanish ability, and a valid driver’s license. This is a full-time, in-person position with a night shift and a schedule Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and supervise field cleaning crews.
• Conduct multiple site visits per night using company vehicle for QA.
• Manage and order inventory of cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Track employee hours and pay using company software.
• Collaborate with branch managers to complete daily tasks and special projects.
• Observe and follow safety and security rules.

CCS Facility Services is seeking a Night Project Manager to oversee the night janitorial operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Scheduling and supervising in field cleaning crews

• Multiple site visits per night in company provided vehicle for quality assurance

• Manage / order inventory of cleaning equipment and supplies

• Tracking employee hours and pay using company software and provided technology

• Working closely with branch managers to ensure cleaning tasks and special projects are completed daily

• Observing and following facility and company security and safety rules

• Other tasks and administrative duties

Required:

• Past supervisory experience

• MUST be Bilingual (English / Spanish)

• Driver’s License and good driving record
