Job summary

CCS Facility Services in the United States is seeking a Night Area Manager (Janitorial) to supervise field cleaning crews, train staff, and conduct nightly site visits in a company vehicle. The role is salaried with a start at 5:00 pm, Monday–Friday, with some weekend hours and includes a vehicle, cell phone, and benefits.

Bilingual English/Spanish required. The position offers opportunities to manage inventory, track hours, and coordinate with branch managers to ensure tasks are completed

Qualifications

• Past supervisory experience
• Must be bilingual (English / Spanish)
• Driver’s License and good driving record

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and supervising in field cleaning crews
• Hands on training
• Multiple site visits per night in company provided vehicle for quality assurance
• Manage / order inventory of cleaning equipment and supplies
• Tracking employee hours and pay using company software and provided technology
• Working closely with branch managers to ensure cleaning tasks and special projects are completed daily
• Observing and following facility and company security and safety rules
• Other tasks and administrative duties

Position: Night Area Manager (Janitorial)

Salary depending on experience. Company provided vehicle/gas, cell phone and benefits. Must be bilingual (English/Spanish) fluent. Must be able to work full hours. Shift start time is 5:00 pm (Monday through Friday with some weekend hours as needed) and is a salaried position.

Night Area Manager responsibilities:
