Job summary

CCS Facility Services in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Senior Night Area Manager to oversee night janitorial operations for an assigned region and to lead the team of Night Area Managers within it. This salaried shift starts at 5:30 PM (Monday through Friday, with some weekend hours as needed).

The role includes coaching, scheduling, hands-on training, site visits, inventory management, labor tracking, and close collaboration with branch managers to ensure daily completion of tasks and projects

Qualifications

• Past supervisory experience leading other supervisors or managers.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Valid driver license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support a team of Night Area Managers, setting expectations and holding them accountable for results.
• Scheduling and supervising in-field cleaning crews, ensuring coverage for Night Area Managers.
• Hands-on training and development of Night Area Managers and in-field staff.
• Multiple site visits per night with a company vehicle for quality assurance, including joint visits with Night Area Managers.
• Manage and order inventory of cleaning equipment and supplies, review inventory ordering across the team.
• Track employee hours and pay using company software, review labor and payroll accuracy across the team.
• Work closely with branch managers to ensure tasks and special projects are completed daily.
• Serve as escalation point for staffing, client, and quality concerns.
• Observe and follow facility and company safety rules; ensure the team does the same.
• Other tasks and administrative duties as assigned.
