Qualifications

• ADN/BSN required; Magnet Hospital preferred.
• Texas State RN license or compact license accepted.
• 1 year recent Level III/IV NICU RN experience in acute care.
• BLS and PALS as required within specified timelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and direct patient care.
• Plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans to optimize outcomes.
• Supervise non-licensed nursing staff within RN scope.
• Incorporate teaching into nursing practice.
