Medical City Dallas is seeking a RN for its Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (Level IV) to join our 108-bed NICU team on a full-time night shift (7:00 PM–7:00 AM). The role focuses on high-quality care, teaching, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team in a Magnet-designated hospital.

The candidate must hold an RN license (Texas or compact), have 1+ year of NICU experience, and complete required certifications (STABLE, Neonatal Resuscitation, BCLS, and PALS where applicable).

Qualificações

• ADN/BSN required; Magnet Hospital status noted.
• Texas State RN license or compact license accepted.
• Minimum 1 year NICU (Level III/IV) RN experience in acute care.
• STABLE must be obtained within 18 months of start date; Neonate Resuscitation within 6 months.
• BCLS must be obtained within 30 days of start date; PALS encouraged.

Responsabilidades

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and provide direct patient care.
• Plan, implement and evaluate care plans to optimize outcomes and resources.
• Supervise non-licensed nursing staff within RN scope and policies.
• Incorporate teaching into every aspect of nursing practice.
