Qualifications

• 5+ years of developing highly performant and scalable web applications.
• Proficiency with agentic workflows and AI-driven automation.
• High level of proficiency in React, Next.js, Typescript, GraphQL and REST APIs.
• Understanding of backend development using Python.
• Experience with AWS.
• Experience working with sophisticated application state, e.g. Apollo Client, Redux.
• Experience with Docker, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines for Python applications.
• Proven track record in high-performance teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Familiarity with security best practices in web development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and related tech.
• Collaborate on best practices for scalable and performant engineering.
• Provide and receive technical feedback through pair programming and code reviews.
