You’ll collaborate across design, product, and leadership to shape the technology roadmap, contribute to code reviews, and mentor peers. A strong track record in high-performance teams and security-conscious development is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of developing highly performant and scalable web applications.
• Proficiency with agentic workflows and AI-driven automation.
• High level of proficiency in React, Next.js, TypeScript, GraphQL and REST APIs.
• Understanding of backend development using Python.
• Experience with AWS.
• Experience with sophisticated application state (e.g., Apollo Client, Redux).
• Experience with Docker, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines for Python applications.
• Proven track record in high-performance teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Familiarity with security best practices in web development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using React, Next.js, TypeScript, TailwindCSS, and occasionally Python.
• Collaborate with teammates on best practices for efficient, scalable engineering balancing aesthetics, scalability, and performance.
• Provide and receive technical feedback through pair programming and code reviews.
• Collaborate with design, product, and leadership to align the technology roadmap with long-term goals.
