Job summary

Haynes and Boone, LLP is seeking a Senior New Business Intake Analyst to support the Firm’s financial business systems as part of the New Business Intake team. The role handles complex intake activities, assists with workflow administration, and acts as an operational resource for client/matter intake and maintenance processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4+ years supporting business intake, matter management, workflow administration, or related financial/professional services operations.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience with process management certifications.

Responsibilities

• Review and process complex client/matter intake requests following firm policies and procedures.
• Assist with escalated intake matters requiring additional analysis and cross-team coordination.
• Monitor and administer intake workflow processes to ensure timely completion and data quality.
• Serve as a resource on intake procedures, workflow requirements, and system functionality for staff.
• Identify workflow issues and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and data quality.
• Collaborate with attorneys, secretaries, and risk management to ensure smooth intake processing.
• Manage client/matter data for departing attorneys.
