The Senior New Business Intake Analyst handles complex intake activities, assists with workflow administration, and serves as a key operational resource in the client/matter intake and maintenance processes. Working closely with the New Business Intake Manager, this role ensures efficient intake operations, maintains data integrity, and provides consistent application of firm procedures to deliver high-quality service to attorneys and administrative departments.

This position requires critical thinking, sound judgment, and strong problem-solving skills to analyze and resolve complex business process needs using the Firm’s technologies.
This Business Intake Analyst position reports directly to the New Business Intake Manager.

Knowledge/Experience
This individual should possess a minimum of 4 or more years of experience supporting business intake, matter management, workflow administration, financial operations, legal operations, professional services operations, or related business process functions. Experience working with automated workflow systems and enterprise business applications is required.
Candidates should demonstrate experience handling complex business process requests, coordinating across multiple stakeholders, participating in process improvements, supporting system enhancements or testing, and providing user guidance or training. Law firm intake, accounting, conflicts, or similar professional services operations experience is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution preferred and/or advanced certifications in business process management, such as, PMP or Six Sigma.
Must be able to move around the office up to 15% of the time to make copies, fax, file, etc. Remains stationary at least 85% of the time. This position operates computers and other office productivity machines (e.g., fax machine, copier, printer, etc.) on a regular basis. Occasionally required to move documents or files weighing up to 15 lbs. This position requires constant communication and exchange of information with the Firm attorneys, clients and staff. This position must be able to inspect and observe information on a computer screen at least 80% of the time.
