Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP is seeking a New Business Intake Analyst for our Finance Department with offices in Dallas, Houston or Atlanta, offering a hybrid schedule.

The role processes new client/matter intake, performs batch checks, communicates with secretaries, assigns client/matter numbers, and conducts 3E changes with the necessary approvals to ensure compliance with firm policies. Strong attention to detail and collaboration are essential.

Formación

• 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Typing 50+ wpm.
• Strong computer and database skills (3E, Excel and Word experience preferred).
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work productively with firm personnel at all levels.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Perform Initial and Final Intake reviews with Intapp and ensure special requirements are met.
• Assign client/matter numbers in 3E and perform 3E quality control.
• Make changes to client/matter details in 3E and coordinate with departments for approvals.
• Assist with new hire setups and processing departed attorney listings for closures.
• Create documentation in the DMS for new client/matter PDFs, engagement and waiver letters.
• Answer Intapp and NBI questions via helpline and drop-in inquiries.
