Job summary

Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP is seeking a New Business Intake Analyst for our Finance Department with a hybrid schedule in Houston (also available in Atlanta or Dallas). The role supports client/matter openings, performs risk management and 3E updates, and communicates with multiple departments to ensure compliant intake processes.

Ideal candidates have a 4-year degree or equivalent, strong typing (50 wpm), solid computer/database skills (3E, Excel, Word), and the ability to work under

Qualifications

• 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Typing 50+ wpm.
• Strong computer and database skills (3E, Excel and Word experience preferred).
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process new business intake and verify documentation for client/matter openings.
• Perform risk management review to ensure compliance with firm policies.
• Assign client/matter numbers and update 3E as needed.
• Coordinate with departments to obtain necessary approvals and information.
• Handle inquiries and support Intapp and NBI questions.
