Job summary

JUICE is a remote, US-based performance marketing agency seeking an experienced salesperson to own new business revenue. You will diagnose opportunities, shape pitches, present proposals, and close deals with ecommerce brands.

You will work with a dedicated BD operations lead and help drive a high-velocity pipeline. Expect uncapped commission and strong six-figure OTE in a fully remote role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years selling performance marketing retainers
• Experience with $5K–$25K+ monthly retainers
• Strong network in ecommerce and DTC brands
• Able to lead discovery, pitch, proposal, negotiation, and close

Responsibilities

• Own new business revenue for JUICE: lead discovery, identify growth opportunity, shape pitch, write proposals, handle objections, negotiate, and close.
• Sell recurring performance marketing retainers to ecommerce/consumer brands with a firm engagement floor.
• Work the pipeline built by BD operations and bring your own network.
• Keep pipeline honest and review progress in weekly leadership meetings.
• Advise market feedback into targeting, positioning, and service offerings.
