Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of customer-facing pre-sales engineering or equivalent design/architecture experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise with routing, switching, and enterprise Wi‑Fi; site surveys and WLAN design.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for executives and technical staff.
• Willingness to travel within territory up to 50–60%.

Responsibilities

• Represent TP-Link’s end-to-end portfolio: wired, wireless, cloud management, security, and more.
• Own technical sales motions end-to-end: discovery, architecture, RF planning, POCs, and ROI positioning.
• Design secure, scalable networking solutions including routing, switching, WLAN security.
• Build and grow relationships with channel partners and accounts; deliver enablement and training.
• Deliver executive presentations and workshops to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities and expand across verticals; contribute to territory plans.
• Troubleshoot and lead complex issue resolution during evaluations and pilots.
