Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Technical Infrastructure Program Manager focused on Infrastructure Capacity Management. You will own the end-to-end delivery of network infrastructure at scale, coordinating across procurement, manufacturing, logistics, construction, and deployment to ensure on-time site landing and capacity readiness for the AWS backbone.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management or technical project management experience.
• Experience owning program strategy and end-to-end delivery with senior leadership.
• Experience working with large, complex data sets.
• Experience communicating results to stakeholders and driving decisions.
• Experience in Supply Chain Management.
• 4+ years in program management, workforce strategy development, or metrics-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Drive delivery performance across network rack demand streams from order through site installation.
• Own stakeholder communication for delivery status, risks, and blockers.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies across procurement, manufacturing, logistics, construction, and deployment teams.
• Build and maintain dashboards, WBRs, escalation paths, and SOPs for delivery visibility.
• Identify systemic bottlenecks and drive structural improvements.
• Partner with automation and data engineering to scale delivery insights.
