Job summary

Astreya is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead enterprise networking infrastructure programs. You will drive cross-functional engineering initiatives focused on global network deployment, Cisco SD-WAN, and SDA implementations.

You will define program roadmaps, track milestones, manage technical risks, and communicate updates to senior executive leadership, with focus on Cisco networking, wireless, switching & routing, and enterprise security.

Qualifications

• 6+ years as a TPM leading enterprise IT or network programs.
• Deep familiarity with Cisco Networking, Cisco SD-WAN, SDA.
• Strong baseline in Wireless, Switching & Routing, TCP/IP, security.
• Proven delivery of multi-million-dollar infrastructure projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Program manage the design, rollout, and optimization of enterprise-wide network deployments.
• Drive technical execution across cross-functional engineering, operations, and security teams.
• Define program roadmaps, track milestones, manage technical risks, and communicate updates to senior executive leadership.
• Oversee enterprise routing and switching projects, wireless network expansions, and Cisco SD-WAN/SDA integration.
• Standardize network deployment architectures and establish metrics to track program operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a TPM leading complex enterprise IT or network infrastructure programs.
• Deep domain familiarity with Cisco Networking, Cisco SD-WAN, and Software-Defined Access (SDA).
• Strong technical baseline in Wireless, Switching & Routing, TCP/IP, and Enterprise Security frameworks.
• Proven track record of delivering multi-million-dollar infrastructure projects on schedule.
• Excellent stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and executive presentation skills.
• Relevant technical certifications (e.g., CCNA/CCNP, PMP) are a strong plus.
