Job summary

Meta is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive capacity planning and delivery at scale for its global infrastructure. You will lead end-to-end capacity programs across compute, storage, GPU and network capacity, coordinating with engineering, data science, and stakeholders to meet product demands.

With 12+ years in technical program management, you will forecast demand, manage risks, and guide delivery milestones while mentoring other TPMs.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of technical program management experience.
• 8+ years in Technical Program Management.
• Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional programs with significant impact.
• Proven ability to influence roadmaps and communicate to senior leadership.
• Mentoring and developing other technical program managers.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and structure multi-year programs.
• Experience with capacity planning, infrastructure systems, or related domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead TPM of capacity planning and delivery for Meta Infrastructure across compute, storage, GPU, and network capacity.
• Own end-to-end capacity planning cycles from demand forecasting to production delivery at scale.
• Drive forecasting and modeling with data science and engineering teams.
• Perform risk assessment, mitigation, and change management on capacity programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional reviews and communicate status and tradeoffs to leadership.
