Amazon is seeking a Sr. Technical Program Manager, Network Capacity Demand to lead capacity forecasting and procurement strategies for AWS networking hardware.

You will collaborate with software, networking, finance, and supply chain teams to translate capacity needs into actionable plans that scale with customer demand. In this role you will drive forecasting accuracy, design scalable solutions, mentor cross-functional teams, and align investments with growth objectives while balancing cost,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 3+ years of working directly with engineering teams.
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain network capacity forecasts for procurement planning.
• Collaborate with software, networking, finance, and supply chain to translate capacity requirements into procurement strategies.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance forecasting accuracy and speed up planning cycles.
