Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years working directly with engineering teams.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
• Experience with varying scenarios of infrastructure builds.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network infrastructure builds health, demand, risks, and issues; initiate corrective action.
• Define requirements and processes with stakeholders across networking teams and management.
• Manage dependencies and trade-offs between projects.
• Mentor others while managing multiple cross-organizational projects.
• Interact with engineers, project managers and senior management daily.
• Analyze data with Redshift, Oracle, Tableau, QuickSight and other BI tools.
• Drive automation and simplification to unblock innovation.
