Job summary

Commonwealth Credit Union in Frankfort, KY seeks an seasoned Infrastructure & Telephony Manager to lead the Network/Telephony team and oversee complex LAN/WAN/VoIP environments.

You will direct engineers, administrators, and security staff, drive disaster recovery, patching, and cybersecurity, and report to the CIO on capacity and risk management. Strong Cisco expertise and telecom experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience or equivalent combination of education and internetworking experience.
• Cisco hardware experience with routers and switches.
• Knowledge of routing protocols such as EIGRP and OSPF.
• Experience with ATMs, ITMs, VoIP and telecom solutions.
• Experience with perimeter protection systems and related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Network/Telephony team in disaster recovery, data loss prevention, patch management, and cybersecurity.
• Proactively explore emerging technologies, balancing risk and benefit to advance technology while maintaining security.
• Maintain vendor relationships and ensure expectations are met.
• Direct multiple projects to meet timelines and budgets.
• Foster staff development with a fail-forward approach.
• Stay aligned with business strategy and communicate objectives clearly to stakeholders.
