Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer information systems or equivalent.
• Minimum of four years of technical and managerial IT experience.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and guide staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, implementation and management of IT infrastructure including networks, servers, storage and security.
• Lead the IT infrastructure strategy, budgeting and vendor management.
• Ensure high availability, performance and security with incident resolution and root-cause analysis.
• Manage disaster recovery planning and annual asset inventory.
• Supervise the IT infrastructure team and coordinate with other departments.
