Job summary

Oasys International LLC is seeking a Lead Systems/Network Engineer to provide technical leadership for the USMEPCOM ENLIST enterprise network. You will oversee enterprise systems, OS platforms, virtualization, storage, and cloud infrastructure, ensuring secure, resilient, and highly available operations.

This role requires coordinating outage response and alignment with DoD standards. The position demands hands-on engineering across Windows/UNIX/Linux, VMware ESXi, SANs, and cloud environments,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 5+ years leading enterprise IT teams across physical/virtual servers, Windows/UNIX/Linux, databases, ESXi, SANs, and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with DISA network transport, cloud platforms, VDI, and enterprise security across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise systems engineering, network operations, and O&M across the USMEPCOM environment.
• Serve as technical service owner for enterprise infrastructure with accountability for availability and SLAs.
• Direct outage response team, major incidents, disaster recovery, and COOP activities.
• Guide infrastructure engineering, testing, integration, and modernization efforts.
• Apply RMF and DoD cybersecurity practices throughout infrastructure activities.
• Mentor dispersed teams supporting enterprise operations.
