Job summary
Intuitive Surgical, Inc. is seeking a Network Support Engineer 4 to deliver Tier 2 networking support for all platforms and digital products. You will work with clinical and IT staff at customer hospitals and collaborate with Product Support and Engineering on NPIs and product adoption.
The role emphasizes uptime, reliability, and documentation. The ideal candidate has strong TCP/IP knowledge, hospital IT experience, and a track record in complex networking environments, with a focus on security
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field or 8+ years in network support.
- Experience with hospital IT environments and medical device cybersecurity preferred.
- Strong TCP/IP, routing, switching, and network troubleshooting skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 networking support for Intuitive platforms and digital products.
- Collaborate with Product Support and Engineering on NPIs and product adoption.
- Lead digital product support initiatives and maintain documentation.
- Create and maintain Active Directory accounts and PKI certificates.
- Support IT/security assessments and respond to network-related incidents.
