Job summary

Intuitive Surgical, Inc. is seeking a Network Support Engineer (Finance) to provide Tier 2 networking support for all Intuitive platforms and digital products.

You will work with clinical and IT teams at customer hospitals to resolve complex network issues and support New Product Introduction. The role emphasizes collaboration with Product Support and Engineering, including building service documentation and participating in core team meetings.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Tier 2 networking support for digital platforms.
• Knowledge of core IT technologies, security, and change control processes.
• Familiarity with hospital IT or regulated environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2/advanced support for network, data, security, design questions.
• Troubleshoot complex network connectivity with cross-functional teams.
• Record, track, and manage complaints in business systems.
• Lead digital product support projects and initiatives.
• Create and maintain active directory accounts and PKI certificates.
• Assist with IT/security assessments for customers as needed.
• Coordinate with Product Support and Engineering on product efficacy.
