Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 8+ years in engineering with service/support experience.
• Experience in medical capital equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide vision and manage the Product Support Engineering team toward service development and deployment.
• Define operational strategies and metrics with senior management and internal customers.
• Provide tier 3 escalation support and drive issue resolution with engineering.
• Support robotic platform product development, integration, validation, and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional groups to streamline support and reduce cost-to-serve.
• Maintain SME knowledge of servicing Intuitive product lines and processes.
