Job summary

Extreme Networks is seeking a Premier Resident Engineer to join a customer team supporting a large Enterprise Healthcare project in the Cincinnati, OH area. The role requires broad technical, troubleshooting, and planning skills, and strong customer communication as a trusted advisor to ensure the Extreme product suite meets the client's needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise networking experience.
• Experience with Extreme Campus Fabric solutions.
• Experience with EXOS (ERS series) switching OS.
• Experience with XIQ-SE, NAC, and Analytics platforms.
• Experience with VOSS switching and SPB fabric networks.
• Experience with Extreme Wireless solutions using XIQ (Hive OS) APs.
• Strong LDAP/RADIUS/AD AAA knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-time project support for a large Enterprise Healthcare Extreme customer in the Cincinnati, OH area.
• Follow Extreme Premier Services PDIO (Plan/Design/Implement/Operate) methodology and deliver architectural artifacts.
• Create and maintain project documentation during implementation and delivery.
• Serve as technical lead and trusted advisor during implementation phases.
• Liaise between sales, PLM, Engineering, GTAC and customer throughout all phases.
