Job summary

Extreme Networks seeks a Premier Resident Engineer to join a customer team in Cincinnati, OH. You will serve as a trusted advisor, delivering high-quality implementations of Extreme product suites for enterprise-scale networks and healthcare customers.

Responsibilities include leading technical workstreams, designing architecture outlines, and ensuring all deliverables meet customer requirements within the PDIO framework. Strong communication and deep networking expertise are essential.

Qualifications

Expert in modern networking technologies with regional knowledge.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Strong communication and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

Provide full-time project support for a large Enterprise Healthcare customer in Cincinnati, OH.
Follow the PDIO (Plan/Design/Implement/Operate) methodology.
Create high-level architecture diagrams and track delivery timelines.
Define UAT and Functional Validation criteria in a MOP document.
Maintain project documentation during implementation and delivery.
Serve as technical lead and trusted advisor during implementation.
Liaise between sales, PLM, Engineering, GTAC and customer.
Collaborate with partners and sales to implement Extreme solutions.
