Extreme Networks is seeking an experienced Premier Resident Engineer to join a Cincinnati area customer team and provide full-time engineering support across Extreme product suites. You will serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring that networking implementations meet customer requirements and timelines.

Formación

• Expert in networking technologies with five or more years of experience.
• Thorough knowledge of implementing and maintaining the Extreme Campus Fabric solution.
• Experience with EXOS (ERS series) switching OS and Extreme Cloud IQ platforms.
• Experience with VOSS switching and SPB fabric networks.
• Experience with NAC, LDAP/RADIUS/AD for NAC solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer-facing communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide full-time project support for a large Enterprise Healthcare Extreme customer in the Cincinnati, OH area.
• Follow Extreme Premier Services PDIO methodology for planning, design, implement, and operate.
• Create high-level architecture diagrams and track delivery dates and timelines.
• Define UAT and Functional Validation criteria within a MOP document.
• Act as technical lead and trusted advisor during implementation phases.
• Collaborate with sales, PLM, Engineering, GTAC and customer across all project phases.
• Work with Extreme partners and sales staff to implement solutions and transfer knowledge.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Extreme product suites (XIQ-SE, XIQ, EXOS, VOSS).
• Elevate customer issues to management in a timely manner.
