Job summary

Extreme Networks is seeking a Senior Premier Resident Engineer to join a customer team in the Cincinnati, OH area. You will provide full-time project support, acting as a trusted advisor during implementation and ensuring solutions meet customer requirements across Extreme product suites.

The role demands deep networking expertise (5+ years), strong troubleshooting, and excellent communication. Hybrid work opportunities exist, with compensation ranging from 110,000 to 140,000 USD.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of networking experience
• Experience with Extreme product suites (EXOS, XIQ, XIQ-SE, VOSS)
• Strong documentation and project leadership skills
• LDAP/RADIUS/AD for NAC solutions
• Experience as trusted advisor to customers during implementations

Responsibilities

• Provide full-time project support for a large Enterprise Healthcare customer in the Cincinnati, OH area.
• Follow Extreme Premier Services PDIO methodology (Plan/Design/Implement/Operate).
• Create and maintain project documentation during implementation and delivery.
• Serve as technical lead and trusted advisor to the customer.
• Coordinate with sales, PLM, Engineering, GTAC and customer across all implementation phases.
• Collaborate with Extreme partners and sales to implement solutions and transfer knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of Extreme product suites and stay up-to-date on capabilities.
