Job summary

AHEAD seeks a Senior Specialty Solutions Engineer-Network to lead network architecture decisions and guide pre-sales engagements for enterprise clients. You will collaborate with sales, vendors, and internal teams to size and configure solutions, prepare proposals, and articulate value.

Ideal candidates bring deep Campus LAN/WLAN expertise, Cisco certifications, and cloud connectivity experience with AWS or Azure. Located on the east coast with a focus on NY Metro, hybrid work may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent.
• Pre-sales and data center experience required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead technically in pre-sales campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Participation, Leadership and Coordination of the AHEAD virtual team for Network Infrastructure.
• Work with vendor management and selected vendors to maintain relationships.
• Design, architect, and consult for Ahead clients as a Network Specialist.
• Build skills, relationships, and industry credibility across segments to drive sales.
