Job summary
AHEAD seeks a Senior Pre-Sales Engineer-Network to lead pre-sales engagements focused on network and network security solutions. You will partner with sales reps to identify technologies and co-develop strategies within accounts, positioning Ahead solutions to drive revenue and client value.
The ideal candidate is a thought leader with deep campus wired/wireless expertise, cloud networking awareness, and the ability to size and configure products while mentoring others within the engineering
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent.
- Pre-Sales and Data Center experience required.
- Professional communication and presentation skills.
- Experience leading technical pre-sales campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate Network Infrastructure pre-sales activities.
- Partner with sales and vendors to shape account strategy.
- Design, architect, and consult on network solutions for clients.
- Develop relationships with account managers and customers.
- Prepare configurations, pricing, services, and presentations.
- Mentor junior team members and drive credibility across segments.
- Present value of Ahead solutions and business justification to customers.
