Job summary

Hobbsnews is looking for a Sr. Network Engineer (Serviceability) to enhance customer experience through improvements in serviceability and supportabilty across HPE Networking.

This role requires a detailed understanding of networking technologies including HPE Juniper products. Successful candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Networking and a passion for driving technical excellence.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in advanced networking engineering, escalation engineering, or related role.
• Deep hands-on knowledge of enterprise and service provider networking technologies.
• Strong ability to interpret support case data and identify technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical authority for identifying impactful serviceability and supportability gaps.
• Analyze product and customer experience signals for systemic issues.
• Translate support case drivers into enhancement requests for product management.
