Job summary

The ideal candidate should have substantial experience with HPE Juniper Networking platforms and demonstrate strong abilities in escalations and supportability. A bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is required.

- Significant experience in advanced networking engineering, product supportability, or technical support.

- Proven ability to influence Product Management decisions.

- Analyze product and customer experience signals.
- Translate support case drivers and customer feedback into enhancement requests.
