Experis, a leading IT staffing firm, seeks a Network Security Infrastructure Engineer for a Plano, TX role within a top financial services client. You will design and maintain enterprise security solutions, manage firewall and proxy configurations, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in network security, hands-on Fortinet/Check Point experience, and strong authentication protocol knowledge.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in Network Services, Security or related fields.
• Hands-on with Fortinet and Check Point firewalls.
• Experience managing Web Content Filtering/Proxy infra and proxy configs.
• Knowledge of routing, switching, and security platforms like Radware or FireEye.
• Strong authentication knowledge: LDAP, Kerberos and Active Directory.

Responsibilities

• Design, engineer, implement, and support enterprise network security solutions (firewalls, web proxy, content filtering).
• Manage network security service requests, ensuring queue health and data quality.
• Translate business requirements into secure, scalable technical solutions.
• Create/modify firewall, NAT, proxy policies and related configurations.
• Support incident resolution and restoration with teams and vendors.
