Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• 7+ years experience as an Information Security Architect.
• Experience with regulatory frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO 27001, COBIT, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Designs network security architecture from ground up including firewall policy, segmentation, Zero Trust, and cloud architecture in Azure.
• Leads migrations end to end: assess, design target state, build, and cutover management.
• Collaborates with engineering during build and implementation, closing gaps between architecture and execution.
• Reviews existing security architecture, identifies gaps, and remediates including legacy tech debt.
• Assesses scope and estimates work for security components within larger programs.
• Acts as technical expert and advisor to engineering, IT, and business partners on security design.
• Documents and diagrams architecture with underlying configuration, not just high level views.
• Works RSA tickets in ServiceNow and stays current with new security technologies.
