SilverSky is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to lead design, implementation, and optimization of Fortinet-based security solutions in complex enterprise and MSSP environments. You will serve as SME, provide hands-on engineering, and guide SOC workflows.

The role requires NSE8 certification, 10+ years in network security, and deep Fortinet product expertise. This onsite US role demands strong leadership and the ability to mentor teams while maintaining high security standards.

Qualifications

• NSE8 certification (written and practical)
• 10+ years of experience in network security engineering, with senior-level responsibilities
• Deep expertise in Fortinet products and secure network architecture

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and implement advanced network security solutions leveraging Fortinet technologies across enterprise environments
• Lead deployment and optimization of secure network infrastructures including SD-WAN, ZTNA, SASE, IPS, and SSL inspection
• Act as escalation point for complex security incidents and architectural challenges
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and training to engineering and SOC teams
• Support pre‑sales efforts with solution design and technical validation
